То что будет ниже,совсем мало относится к программе Реконструкции Экономики Президента Обамы. Хотя,как я понимаю,деньги выделены оттуда.

Так тратят деньги у нас,в Орегоне.

И я не совсем хорошо понимаю,как это все будет “поднимать” экономику.

Such as,$500,000 for the Portland Art Museum,$700,000 for a Coos Bay railroad or $150,000 for the Skanner Foundation,which gives scholarships to minority students. Those are just some of the cash giveaways the Legislature approved last week as part of the infamous “Christmas tree”bill.
